At Fragancia Fantastica, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you're not happy, we offer the following return policy:

1. Return Window: You have 30 days from the date of purchase to return any items.
2. Return Shipping: We offer free return shipping for all returns. We’ll provide a return shipping label to make the process easy.
3. Restocking Fees: There are no restocking fees. We want you to feel comfortable with your purchase.
4. Final Sale Items: We do have final sale items at this time. but All items are eligible for return, as long as they meet the return criteria. either bottle Damaged or Defective. we do not give Returns once sprayed and used, once bottle is open and sprayed it is a finale sale and cannot be return for quality and hygiene purposes.
